Tablerunner and Placemat Pattern

This is an easy, quick project that uses squares and rectangles with 4 fabrics. Fabrics 3 and 4 should have high contrast with fabrics 1 and 2.

You'll need:

Tablerunner 35" by 17"

• 1/4 yard centre squares
• 1/3 yard background
• 1/6 yard around squares
• 1/3 yard around centre squares, binding
• 5/8 yards backing

Placemats (4) 18" by 12"

• 1/4 yard corner squares
• 3/4 yards background squares, rectangles
• 1/3 yard around background squares
• 3/4 yard around corner squares, binding
• 1 yard backing
