If you live near Ottawa, Ontario, you can can pick up near Riverside South (K1V 1H6).
Fabric Geek has taken off more than we could ever have imagined! In order to keep things manageable, we are packing orders on Saturday and Sunday, and shipping out on Monday. Local pick ups can be arranged with 24-48 hours turn around.
For Canadian orders, we offer an economical lettermail rate, based on weight, or expedited shipping which is tracked and insured. Please note that lettermail shipping is **not** insured or tracked, and is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or late packages.
Please choose expedited shipping if you would like tracking and insurance. Our flat rate fee is 11.99 in Canada for orders up to $150, and free for order $150 and over. When you choose expedited, we ship by Canada Post expedited parcel and you will receive a tracking number.
You can choose lettermail for packages up to 500g. This option is not tracked and does not have insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages but will do our best to help you find your fabric!
For US orders, shipment price depends on weight:
Standard shipping
- Up to 500g (1 pound): 12.90 (Small packet air: no tracking)
- 500 g to 1.5 kg: 23.60
- 1.5 kg to 2 kg 29.90
Expedited shipping
- Up to 500 g: $34.90
Shipments are ready 1 to 3 days from your order date, depending on order volume.
